Custom modified Amek/TAC Matchless 26/24/24 analog mixing console in excellent condition with stand. This console has been completely updated with high end Burr Brown and Analog Devices IC's, improved polypropylene capacitors, and sounds awesome. Has incredible bandwith with stunning low end reproduction. It. Amek/TAC Matchless 26 channel analog recording console with 8 auxiliary sends, 24 track bus, 8 effects return inputs, and a 2 channel stereo bus. It's a great console. The mic pre's and parametric EQ are sweet. It has an LED meter bridge, a TT patch bay, and of course a power supply and a manual. Price: $3, ebay auction. Priced to sell. I used this console for the last year but have gone full digital. This is a project console. Somebody who likes working on consoles will enjoy this. This unit is in poor/fair condition. Re: Amek and TAC console questions. Because of the motherboard and edge connectors you need to be careful when moving these consoles. I had a TAC Magnum that was rendered useless by professional movers who bounced and banged the thing around. Two of the three (maybe ) motherboards were cracked in the process.
